Because this is a home page for the site, it can be very tempting to try to optimize for lots of things - but that's counter productive. Then use the home page as a reference into all those pages, without worrying about it's ranking specifically. If you're serious about SEO, you'll move this page out of frames. It's very difficult to optimize a framed Web page, because spiders don't navigate through them very well. Take a look at the HTML, move away from tables and start using more CSS rather than the font tag.
