- Is the keyword phrase good?
No
While there are a lot of people searching for the word technology - they are searching for it for a lot of different reasons. So you are going to compete with such heavy hitters as Wikipedia, c|net, and the New York Times. And their technology pages are all very focused on the term technology rather than on just one aspect of it. - Where is the keyword phrase found?

1
The only link to this page is at the bottom of a site designed by the company. While this is fine, the best way to get ranked is to have backlinks that point to your site using the keyword phrase. It's important to get related sites to link to your site with the keyword phrase you're trying to optimize for. - When was the page last modified?

None Good! - URLs that are difficult to read
None Good! - Spammer tricks (that could get you banned)

The first thing I would do is evaluate the keyword phrase. A good keyword phrase has 2-3 words in it - not just one. It's very hard to optimize for 1-word phrases because they are usually very generic. Once you've got a better phrase that more clearly defines what the site is about, then I would focus on getting it in the locations mentioned above.
