I would suggest shortening the target phrase a lot to get a phrase someone might type into a search engine. I would suggest moving the room details to a separate page or pages, and get more text about the White Cedar Inn being a comfortable B&B in Freeport, to get your keyword density higher.

Optimizing a home page is always hard. Because generally you want the home page to show off everything you do, rather than just one thing. It\'s better to optimize the home page of your site for your site name or a generic term that describes what it\'s about, than to try to get specific.
