In order to create a page with tables as your design container, you have to think in grids. If you think of a complex Web page as if it were overlaid with a piece of graph paper, you can often guess where the table columns and rows will be. And if you design your Web page on graph paper first, you can build the tables more easily.

First, take a small piece of graph paper:
