As you can see, this Web page turns out to have two columns and two rows. So, when you build your table, you'll need to always have two columns and two rows.

The next thing you should notice, is that the left column is narrower than the right. Now, some Web browsers will do this for you, if you have enough content in the body of the page, but why leave it to chance. Make sure that the two left columns are always given a width. In this case, I would say around 200 pixels, but it depends upon the background tile width.

Finally, look at the way the elements are aligned within their cells. The logo needs to be aligned in the center of it's cell, horizontally and the bottom, vertically. The headline is in the center both directions, and the two cells in the second row are both left aligned (default) and at the top of their cells.
