Guide Review - Adobe GoLive version 9 - Web Editing Software Customer Review
Customer Review
GoLive 9 continues the tradition of great site management features found in previous versions and improves on it by putting all the files and folders within a single folder as well as new great search functions. Previous versions tended to require you to make a separate folder to contain the site. Much of my review here is based on a GoLive 9(GL) vs Dreamweaver CS3(DW) point of view. Site synchronization and ftp is much faster then DW. GL also offers the ability to download any site based on links via http without having the user name and password. While this feature could be used to steal code, it offers a variety of great uses including screening a potential clients site to offer proofs, studying code for learning, and I commonly use it to help others in forums that list a page URL for help.
