Customer Review
Give WeBuilder a try if you do any PHP scripting, or you need a nice CSS tool.
Its code completion is quick. I would say it handles html/xhtml as well as most anything else out there. It has some nice code snippet features, so you can create a snippet template of sorts, which may ask you to insert a word or words to complete the snippet as it is inserted.
You can have it open with a basic skeleton of an html page or nothing at all, and the code it starts you with is valid, unlike some other editors where the doctype is missing or incomplete. If the code isn't to your liking, you can edit the source template file it uses to your satisfaction. For instance, you may always like to use UTF-8. Instead of having to go to the Insert menu to add the correct meta tag to the head of the html, you can just modify the template so it includes the meta tag to begin with.
The CSS support is very similar to TopStyle, which is one of the best HTML/CSS editors out there, but WeBuilder will still cost you less. You certainly don't need to use the CSS tools to code as this is a full-fledged editor.
Code Explorer lets you jump to specific images, links, javascript file links or external style sheet links with just a click. This has been very helpful to me. It's also nice to be able to add to the pop-up context menu's list of options.
I've never seen a program with such active developers who listen to their customers, and they are quick to fix and improve things.
