Since first beginning to write web documents around 1993, I have used Word Page on my PC (and a similar text editor on my Mac), along with an outstanding macro program, Quickeys, by CE Software (http://www.cesoft.com/products/quickeys.html), which actually is the work horse in creating my HTML documents. Using Quickeys macros, I have a basic HTML template to get me started, then dozens of HTML tags to help me create a document quickly. And I add parameters to the tags as required depending on the situation.
