Please Don't waste your time!, Member shooter90210

I am so incredibly angry and disappointed with 3ix.Their customer service is horrible!! I have been a customer for 2 years and have registered multiple domains with them. One of them got lost in their system recently and I could not access it to redirect the DNS to a better hosting site. I was talked to like I was an jack*** buy their billing Dept (via live chat of course, no phone) and told that I had never registered it, despite showing the letter of registration to them, it was an exhausting and frustrating conversation that I won’t go into. And when they did find it, there was no apology or explanation. I have wasted more time with their worthless ""Live Chat."" Just before this incident I renewed my account and even upgraded because I didn't want my clients sites to be down. I was just talking with “Live Chat” asking for a refund even though they offer a 30 day money back,(it had been 18 days) I was told that it did not pertain to renews, in the fine print of their contract. I have dealt with other big name hosting companies and they always offer prorated money back. Things happen, clients pimp you or drop their websites and I don't want to be stuck with a hosting bill. I will be moving to another hosting service that I have been hosting a couple of my sites for free with no ads and EXCELLENT support in spite of it being free. AND, I can get unlimited EVERYTHING (domains, email, ftp, bandwidth, and disk space for the same price of what I paid for the limited hosting with 3ix. I am not going to mention the other hosting site for fear that some people may think that I am a shill for that hosting Co.. but, if you if anyone wants to know, you can post and I will tell you. But I will be using my 3ix hosting for another year because money is tight and hate to waste it..But I will be using their own hosting to post some of the transcripts of the poor, Clueless live chat sessions and my story..I have a plan that allows for 5 domains and you can bet that I will be filling them all up, if for nothing more then take up server space and bandwidth, I am that Pis**d!!! Customer service is all but gone it this day and age! Do yourself a favor and stay away for 3ix..I will post back with the URL of my page with my story. Regards
