Pros
- My website has hardly ever been down in the 7 years I have been with them
- They upgraded my service at no charge
- Control panel is easy to manage - simple to maintain my database, email lists/groups
- Knowledge base/FAQs easy to manuever
- They did not put me on any annoying mailing or marketing list
Cons
- They outsourced their customer support to another country -- occasionally have problems getting help
- Customer service not as knowledgable with Mac support
- Sales department can come on a little strong

Description - Services Provided
Web hosting, providers for dedicated servers, web design, provider for domains, e-commerce, the list goes on. They have been my site hosts since 1999 and I have had very few problems. I rarely talk/interact with them: a good thing.
