Pros
- I have got everything that i paid for and it is all working well.
- I have all the services which i need for my website.
- It is cheaper than most other companies and i got quality for my cash.
- The support and customer services is great and has helped me alot. I wish them much luck.
- The control panel is very easy to use.

- Not really much i can say that goes against them.They could improve there response time on support.

I have been with them since 13th May 2008 and have been provided with all of the services that i paid for. I found them through a friend and am very grateful.
Other Comments
I think that there support times could be improved but i did recieve most of my ticket responses within several minutes and thus i am happy with the service which i have been provided.
