DA Thorn is a low-frills, reseller host. All accounts are reseller-ready. Service is prompt, ticket based and forums, no phone available.
Other Comments
Custom DNS server names available. Much more reliable for me than previous hosts - USAServe (out of Florida), Earthlink (early account on the old bank of servers, where they left me), and especially SBC.
