Pros
- Really impressive up times, and much better performance of my web site than with Earthlink. Plans
- range from shared servers to dedicated solutions. The account is served by WHM host manager, under
- my control, and every account I create gets its own cPanel, with Fantastico, PHP 4 and PHP 5.
- Provided ecart, blog, and other packages are kept reasonably up to date. Email configuration is
- done under cPanel.
Cons
- No personal hand holding, sort of. The account support software assumes a certain level of knowledg
- about the web. Service is by trouble ticket. Right now response time is about 28 minutes. If you
- want to host adult material or do any spamming you will violate the TOS on shared servers. And if
- your account uses banned scripts or applications, or bogs down a server, you can get your account
- suspended with or without notice, depending on how severely you impact service to others.

Each base account can set up custom DNS server identities to use. Very flexible and very good performance.
