Pros
- Great control panel, easy to find everything I need
- Includes great programs for example mailing list that we would otherwise have to purchase separately
- Tech support has been great to get us set up quickly
- Documentation is easy to find when I want to understand technical process
- ftp site is simple to navigate
Cons
- When setting up 3 sites, only one could be set up before DNS change, 2 sites were offline briefly.
