- They sent me an email stating that they would start the direct debit on 10th and then tried to take
- funds on 24th - it failed as no funds were allocated for that date.
- They refused access to my portal and refused to cancel the service on the 30 day guarantee.
- They have also refused to release the domains I had already paid for.
