- Terrible "bedside manner" of support people
- Instead of helping you with SSL setup, they just keep recommending that you let them do it--for $80!

When you call technical support, you're likely to get a huge, exasperated sigh from their lone phone support guy. When you email tech support, you're likely to get a cryptic response from someone who doesn't identify himself, or even mention the context of your email (so if you have two outstanding issues, you won't know which one he's talking about).
