- They offer the most stable and fast hosting services I have ever used.
- There customer support is not from India, they are here in the United States.
- Their customer service actually knows what they are doing when it comes to hosting issues.
Cons
- Because of the large amount of customers they can take upto a 6 or 7 hours to respond through email.

Description - Services Provided
They offer almost anything you can think of as far hosting services. I mostly use php and HTML which they definitely offer. If you look at my site you will see it is php and MySQL driven. This site runs extremely fast for a database driven site from a hosting provider. Typical hosting provider MySQL databases are pretty slow but theirs doesn't.
