I emphatically do not recomments them, the exact opposite of what I would have said two years ago. A series of mergers seems to have impacted them negatively. They seem to realize this and still explain all glitches by blaming the "transition" which was over year ago.
Other Comments
If you have multiple accounts with Hostway, be prepared to spend a lot of time on hold and time explaining over and over. Your clients may or may not understand the delays and some tension can result. Bottom line here, Hostway is a drain on your time and resources.
