Pros
- Stable service, very few outages
- Generally fast service request responses
- Reasonable price for a full service web host.
- Reduced service available for ~$5/month
- Free store software with card processing flexibility
Cons
- Domain redirect costs $8/month extra - Rip-off! But client wants single point of contact.
- Billing defaults to check payments, rather than credit card. Only support center can change.
- Store builder builds crap pages, but they can be edited offline, so only a minor annoyance
- No special pricing for non-profits

Description - Services Provided
I use this provider for standard web hosting. I have three domain names associated with the root directory and a fourth which redirects to a subdirectory. They also offer an integrated shopping cart which can use your own credit card processing service.
