Pros
- I find InMotion Hosting to be reliable and affordable, for the most part.
Cons
- If you ask them for "root" access, beware, they assume you are a genius and most things that you ask
- them to help you with will either cost you extra or you will get a long drawn out explaination how
- "you should know this" since you requested "root" access for your dedicated server. They lack decent
- customer service in this area. However, if you get the right person (and they are having a good
- day), you may get better service. A few of them could take a Dale Carnagie class on people skills.
