They offer the BEST customer service and technical support that I've ever received. They use a toll-free number for tech support, and I'm rarely waiting more than a few seconds before someone answers. Each member of their tech support personnel is a pro.
Other Comments
I only checked off the services that I use, but they have Windows and Linux available, different pricing ranges available, and easy to impliment add-ons. I can't emphasize enough how excellent their technical support team is, and the tech support is free, even when we had a virtual private server.
