I design on a Mac and have limited understanding of the issues involving server technology. All I know is that I upload my Dreamweaver files and everything's taken care of.
Other Comments
I signed on with this company ten years ago, and can count on one hand the number of times I've had to call them about a problem. The problems were minor, and they were great about explaining what was going on without being condescending or irritated. I have a commercial site on the Internet, so reliability is important to me. They've been wonderful!
