- Our site has been up and functioning correctly over 99% of the time
Cons
- Some minor issues (changing my password without alerting me, issues during promotion of site)
- Their website is slow to load
- Web hosting panel is not user friendly
- They overpromote themselves and they ask to renew months before our contract is due to expire
