Located in Montreal bilingual New Roma hosts on its own DNS servers. I've had excellent service for many years and highly recommend New Roma.

I hope the mega web hosting services, cheap because they're automated, don't kill off the small businesses like New Roma that provide friendly, helpful services and personally answer questions.
