- Poor billing services. (be prepared to pay and then have them claim you haven't)
- Servers going down way too much
- No customer service (phones not answered, emails ignored)

- They raised rates and cut service

I wouldn't recommend them. Their service has declined to the point where I will stop using them once my contract is up.

This company was incredible when I joined 5 years ago. When you called for help, you spoke with knowledgeable techs who cared. Now, the phones aren't answered, voice mails ignored. Service tickets get no response. They charged my credit card on 4/29, yet claim I never paid. My service has been cut off. Avoid them like the plague!
