Description - Services Provided
Shared hosting provider (*nix and windows) ranging from basic services to ecommerce hosting, etc. We have been with them since their first year and since the new owners took over the level of service we came to count on first as customers and then as resellers has gone downhill. We have tried to bear with them but they are slowing our workflow. Increased downtime means money lost. It saddens us to part ways after so many years but alas it seems to be time.
Other Comments
Since new owners took over, support is slow at best. Most hosts now offer more bang for the buck but we seem to be getting less for more in terms of cost and service. There are great values to be had elsewhere and our clients have been switching. Pricing has gone up under the new owners and this is sad considering the months on end of trouble. We've had many clients move to other hosts of their own volition and we are moving the rest as accounts expire.
