Pros
- 1. Wide variety of tools available.
- 2. Automatic account and domain renewal.
- 3. Ample disk space for a basic package with streaming video and NO ADS.
- 4. Easy website administration.
- 5. Reliable service. In four years I can remember only one outage.
Cons
- 1. Customer service (direct) not available on weekends.
- 2. Sometimes change/update form scripts and don't alert users. Forms break.
- 3. Haven't really experienced any "bad" scenarios with Omnis or something that really ticked me off

Description - Services Provided
With the basic package of 15 Gb of disk space, 250 Gb of transfer, and 2500 email accounts as well as UNIX or Windows OS, Omnis is perfect for the price. They supply domain names for $6.95 and allow me the ability to administer multiple websites by linking accounts. They supply a multitude of scripts from blogs and BBs to CMS and SSL for business. Most important to me is their customer service. All of this is not worth it if customer service isn't prompt and dedicated to helping and Omnis customer service is first rate in my book. Even better is the fact that I don't have to use it very often but it's there when I need it.
