I currently have two websites hosted with http://www.onsmart.net and this past week experienced unusual email behavior. I have been receiving phone calls from people who regularly email me along with new people saying they cannot send email to any of my accounts since they receive a \"undeliverable email error message\" I spoke to Peter at Onsmart on Nov.13 and he was very helpful that day he looked into the problem and then said he reset my email accounts and to check back in a few hours. I then login again with my same name and here is the greeting I receive from a new site operator. See for yourself go to their live help and they are like \"Hello how may I help you today........\" and when you end a conversation you receive \"thank you for contacting us...have a great day blah blah blah\"...
