Pros
- Very affordable
- Scalable (in terms of hosting space/bandwidth)
- Standardized tools (CPanel, Email Account Mgmt., FTP account Mgmt., DNS pointing, PhpMyAdmin)
- Very minimal downtime (if any)
Cons
- The hosting company's site itself has experienced a long down time (due to renovation)
- Impersonal support (most of it consists of just automated emails)
- Registration/maintenance site is difficult to navigate

Description - Services Provided
The hosting company is pretty affordable with packages ranging from very cheap personal hosting (about 50c a month) to reseller packages (about $10 a month). I would recommend them if you don't intend to put up a giant site with thousands of pages, but want nice ad-free hosting for a personal/small business website.
Other Comments
They offer both Linux (PHP/MySQL) and Windows (ASP .NET/MS SQL server) hosting packages.
