I really like Retrix because I'm a big Mac fan!! Apple describe themselves as having "intuitive interface". Same with Retrix. Also I like that they're green powered and very friendly when I've talked with them!
Other Comments
All in all I'd recommend these guys. I almost feel it's like a family since I now call on regular basis for help about everything hehe.
