Server Intellect - Web Hosting Customer Review

With 5 different host in the last 2 years it is a pleasure to write a review on a host that knows what they are doing. If you have never had to purchase hosting before read the reviews first, get on the phone and ask questions. Keep calling at all hours of the night to see if you can get questions and problems solved. For anyone who has hosted before you know what a nightmare it can be to find a reliable host that isn't some 2 man operation running out of the basement of their house. From my first phone call to Server Intellect I was greeted by a knowledgeable sale staff who knew their products. I asked many questions with a wide range of scope and any questions that the sales staff couldn't answer they found out the answer or brought a tech online to confirm answers. Nothing was promised that wasn't delivered to me. No bait and switch tactics were used to get my sale. I had access to my hosting within minutes and was on my way to transferring my sites over. During the upload process I submitted a few tickets. All tickets were responded to within 15 minutes and answered properly. I didn't get the sense of copy and paste script or a tech who didn't read the whole ticket. Configuration of my account via the control panel was smooth and simple to use. The network for the last 90 days has been solid and without delays or interruptions. Server Intellect has proven to be a excellent host and has continued to deliver exceptional performance on a shared network environment. Server Intellect get two big thumbs up in my book!
