The Bottom Line
Pros
- Price. At $5.95 per month, it is a great bargain for what you get for your money.
- Tools. Nearly all of the web tools I need are included like osCommerce, PayPal, WordPress, MySQL
- New Client Enrollment.. This is one of StartLogic's strengths, getting the account up quickly.
- Stability and Reliability. Very little server down time.
- Customer Service orientation. They WANT to make things work for you. That's huge.
Cons
- The WebMail feature is unreliable and better off not being used.
- Statistical Reports are third party software and also need vast improvement in reliability.
- StartLogic's "Knowledge Library" is a work in progress and still has a long way to go.

StartLogic's "ProLogic" package is the mainstay of my web-building business. I recommend it to all of my web customers because it is stable, reliable, affordable, and has all of the e-commerce tools necessary to do the job.
Other Comments
Customer Service has vastly improved over the last year. StartLogic is a web master's ISP. If you are a novice or need your hand held, you might be better off with a Yahoo or MySpace account. As a webmaster, I am very comfortable with StartLogic and readily recommend it to other webmasters for their clients.
