Stay away from Value Web. Not a good value. Bad policy and programs. Have messed me up and taken my money plenty and not worth it. Have been trying to move off of their DNS services that they forced the URL to move to when I hired them to be my web host. They messed me up when they moved the URL from the company where I originally did the URL registration. 2 years + I've been trying to get these blood suckers out of my life.
