This is a Chinese Web Design Provider. As we need to build a low budget web site and finally we find this provider webking.hk (網頁皇 named in Chinese). I will give 70/100 for overall. If you looking for a cheap web design + hosting, than webking.hk may helps. However, some complicated function such as Flash album and database hosting not provided. That's why I only give 70 marks.
