- they won't pick up your session, and if they do they will end it part way through and
- you will have to go through again. I think it is a game for them.
- Last issue took THREE WEEKS to fix! And all my domains were down for that time.

This is truly the worst host I have ever used. Every time I have an issue it takes weeks to get a response.

Furthermore, Webserve.ca will delete features from your account without telling you. For example on the Unix Pro account which I have, they secretly took away my dedicated IP, it also took a few weeks to get it back. They have disabled SSH, changed the amount of space available
