About this Web Template:
This 3 column Web page layout template uses floats to position the columns. 3 column layouts are hard to generate with CSS, and 3 columns with a footer below are even harder. This layout template will show you how to add a footer to the bottom of your columns.
By popular demand, the CSS for this template is included in the XHTML itself, rather than as a separate document, for use as a site design, you should move the CSS to an external style sheet.
Details:
- left column 200 pixels wide
- right column 200 pixels wide
- middle column stretches between the left border at 210px from the left and the right border at 210px from the right
- footer is below all 3 columns and centered
- tested and works in: Windows: Opera 8, Firefox 1, Internet Explorer 6 and Macintosh: Safari 1, Firefox 1, and Internet Explorer 5
To Use the Free Web Template:
