Cubender is an online web tool and hosting provider that will help you build Flash websites quickly. It is not a tool that you can use to learn HTML or CSS or even Flash. But if you need a fancy Flash website that supports iPhone and other non-Flash devices, this could be a useful service. This editor is primarily for small businesses that want a Flash presence but don't want to hire a web design team.
