HotDog Junior was a web page builder for kids. It was not intended to be used to edit existing pages, but it allowed kids to create and upload a web page from scratch. It’s not a good tool for any type of professional development work, but if your kids are asking to put up a page, and you can find a copy, HotDog Junior could work as a starter kit for them.
