PHP Designer is primarily a PHP web page editor, but as such it works well. It has extensive support for all the features of PHP that most developers will use including database support. If you’re interested in learning PHP or even if you don’t use it much at all, this is a fine web editor. It is a great editor for developers who want to build PHP applications or learn how to build them.
