The only reason you should consider using WordPad for your HTML editor is if you have nothing else and don’t have an internet connection to download a better one. WordPad’s only recommendation as an HTML editor is that it's freely avaialble on Windows. But there are many other free HTML editors that are built specifically for writing HTML, that you can avoid the hassles of WordPad by using them instead. I can’t recommend WordPad for writing HTML or building web pages.
