My Review 

I was one of few who really liked GoLive, but I have to admit Dreamweaver has it beat hands down. It is a wonderful product, and I can't imagine doing all the work I do on our corporate website without it! If you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for?

Pros

* WYSIWYG lets me see what my design looks like as I build the page

* smooth interface with PhotoShop, Acrobat, and other Adobe products

* site management clearly displays files and ftp transfers

* tag completer and code validator helps me troubleshoot problems before the site is launched

* able to view code, design, or both (split view) as I build the pages

Cons

* have to use a plug-in or other software to create cascading menus
