My Review 

I do not like Webs anymore because they no longer offer a services for people who want to use their own HTML or CSS. That is the main reason I used the site. If you're looking for a free web host that gives you templates and easy to use stuff, then Webs is for you. If you are a more advanced coder or whatever, then you will not like this site.
