After a hard drive crash I had lost my Hot Dog Professional editor which I had used for years and enjoyed. Was told I would have to purchase at full price the latest version so decided to try another Australian company - what a mistake!
This is one of the more backward applications I have yet to try as one couldn't even open multiple files at once. You can imagine having to do a large search and replace and needing to open several dozen files at a time to make what should be an easy change.
It ran extremely slow as well, even copy and paste took awhile as the page had to refresh, at times the program would freeze up all together.
I have since purchased another web editor that doesn't have any of these issues, so know that it wasn't my system bogged down but this horrid application.
When I would write them, they were good about responding, yet had no answers other than they are "working on it".
