Non-existent customer support!
I purchased PageBreeze Pro on 7/29/2010 and was very satisfied with the product. It is very easy to use and worked well for my purposes. Unfortunately when I upgraded my computer I was left with NO WAY to transfer the purchased program to my new computer!
I have tried numerous times to contact the customer support people for this product by telephone and email and received no response. When I try to redownload the product I am prompted to pay for the product again.
I specifically chose this program because it said that automatic updates were free for life. Apparently that's true so long as you continue to use the same computer for the rest of your life and never, ever upgrade or change computers!
