My Review 

Seamonkey HTML editor comes in a suite of apps by Mozilla.

1)Internet browser

2) IRC chat

3) WYSIWYG web editor

4) Edit CSS (via a separate window)

I don't really have a need for another browser or IRC chat so I was looking for a Free WEB Editor. Before Seamonkey I was using KompoZer and had a few issues with that Editor adding extra code (sometimes).

I was hoping Seamonkey would be better.

Unfortunately I found Seamonkey to be a little touchy when it comes to changing the CSS file. After I made changes I had to close the browser and reopen it to see the changes. Sometimes it appears to hold onto your file in the browser cache. Hence the reason I had to close and reopen.

It doesn't appear to have a way to select the CSS file, unlike KompoZer where you can select and edit your CSS while viewing the affected changes.

Though KompoZer is a touch buggy I've gone back to it due to it's fast HTML & CSS editing and viewing ability.

This is on a MAC so perhaps the WIN version is better?
