My Review
This is the best web editor there is. For ease-of-use, it can't be beat. The user interface is much like windows, so there is almost no learning curve. You can have your first web site up and running in a few hours. It has only 2 drawbacks. It doesn't let you draw lines - which is odd but you can fake them. The other is that you can publish only to Yahoo. For me, this isn't a drawback because Yahoo is as good a service provider as any and better than most - I haven't found one that's better or less expensive. I've been using Sitebuilder for about 10 years. Contrary to another review on this site, you can write html in Sitebuilder.
