Pros:

1-Fast, responsive customer service.

Cons:

1- UNCLEAR, deceitful, constantly-changing-without-notification Terms of Use and Billing agreements. KINDLY TAKE NOTICE THAT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE DOMAIN NAME AND HOSTING SEPARATELY (EVERY OTHER WEBHOSTING SERVICE OFFERS A DOMAIN NAME FREE-FOR-LIFE, THIS IS YOUR RIGHT AS A CONSUMER), THEY ONLY OFFERED ME FIRST YEAR FREE DOMAIN THEN STARTED CHARGING $12.99, SO EVEN IF YOU SET YOUR SERVICE FOR MANUAL RENEWAL THEY WILL CHARGE YOU NO LESS THAN $100 FOR AUTO-WEBSHOSTING RENEWAL EVEN IF YOU DON'T ASK FOR IT. THIS WAS NOT MADE CLEAR AT ANY POINT.

2- NON-USER FRIENDLY PANEL, UNCLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, WHENEVER YOU WANT TO USE A SERVICE THERE APPEARS TO BE AN EXTRA HIDDEN FEE (I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT PREMIUM SERVICES, JUST REGULAR HOST OBLIGATIONS).

These guys are clearly just looking to make a quick buck off the back of innocent users. PLEASE, KINDLY I urge every user to read reviews about every service BEFORE subscribing to anything online. And also please keep the good work coming of writing reviews constantly, this helps with consumer awareness and makes service providers more conscious about the service level we demand as customers.

Dear service providers:

I truly wish you take notice of a little concept called "consumer loyalty". It is more important while running a business to retain customers on the long run than making a $100 now and never have them come back again.

This is a crucial point which I hope you would consider while running your business module.
