Great customer service, willing to help out with fast responses.
Cheap starter plan ($1 a month!) which is great to start out with, and scalable plans at reasonable rates.
Been with them for two years, and have had no issues, and no noticeable downtime. So that means they're doing a great job!
They Dont have fast-CGI however, and little to no support if you want to try anything out of the ordinary, like a Django site.
