My Review 

I was calmly and casually speaking to a representative from Hostica regarding a question about changing my NS's and he was being very abrupt and short with his answers. I understand that they are pretty busy bust don't appreciate being rushed off the phone and treated like an idiot. I replied to him "You are being a bit abrasive and rude and I would like to speak to your manager." He got really defensive and said "If you want to speak to a manager... call back" and hung up on me!!! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
