My Review 

VlexoFree is incredible !

This host mainly has 2 free plans - An Ad-Supported plan which has features better than paid hosting and another plan with link-back required . Both the plans have CPanel and an auto-installer.

I have never experienced any problems with it and I don't think it has ANY downtime.

The support staff is friendly and I get quick solutions. There is a growing community in the forums and they provide awesome stuff there.

I rated it four because the sign-up process is a little bit lengthy and we have to provide a link-back. But, hey ! A link-back can be anywhere - in your blog-roll, footer or even the menu. You just need a link back like - 'Get Free Hosting'. Nobody will know you are using a free host ! If these two conditions are okay for you, then you've got yourself a website !
